Progressive overload, turned into a game.

Log every set. Beat your last numbers. WorkoutsQuest adds weight for you when you hit the top of the rep range — and turns the work you actually do into XP, levels and streaks.

Built for lifting

A real training log — that happens to be a game.

Every set you log feeds your history, your PRs, and your next session's target weight. The XP and streaks are earned from that work, not from opening the app.

Structured set logging

Weight, reps and RPE for every set, with a rest timer between them and warm-up sets kept separate from your working sets.

  • 59 exercises with animated form demos
  • lb / kg, supersets, notes
  • "Last time you did…" on every exercise
  • Resumes if you close the app mid-workout

Programs & progressive overload

Pick a program and follow the day. Hit the top of the rep range on every set and the next session starts one increment heavier — automatically.

  • Full Body 3×, Push/Pull/Legs, Dumbbell-at-home
  • Day rotation tracked for you
  • Suggested weight pre-filled each set
  • Or go freestyle and build your own

History & personal records

Every session is saved and searchable. PRs are detected automatically — best weight and estimated 1RM — with a volume trend across your recent workouts.

  • Per-exercise PR list
  • Estimated 1RM (Epley)
  • Volume trend chart
  • Syncs across your devices

XP for real work

XP comes from working sets, PRs and finishing a programmed day — not from spinning a wheel. Your streak only counts days you actually trained.

  • Levels from Newbie to Immortal
  • Streaks tied to completed workouts
  • Achievement badges
  • Daily spin & loot boxes for streak-holders

Nutrition & hydration

Log meals with calories and macros, and track water against a daily goal with a quick-add tap. Simple by design — no scanner gimmicks.

  • Calorie & macro (P/C/F) logging
  • Daily calorie & water goals
  • Visual water tracker
  • Weekly calorie budget

Recovery & mind

A daily mood check-in and a one-line gratitude journal, both plotted over time — the stuff that quietly decides whether you keep showing up.

  • Mood check-in with trend
  • Gratitude micro-journal
  • Sleep wind-down audio
  • Bodyweight & measurement log
On the roadmap

Squads and shared leaderboards · a coaching check-in that reads your history and adjusts the plan · push reminders for a workout you scheduled · Apple Health / Garmin import. We'd rather ship these properly than fake them — see the FAQ for what's live today.

Simple setup

Training in about a minute

No lengthy questionnaire. A couple of questions, pick a program, and you're logging your first set.

1

Tell us your goal

Build strength, add muscle, or just train consistently. It sets your starting point.

2

Pick a program

Full Body, Push/Pull/Legs, or dumbbell-only at home. Change it whenever you want.

3

Log your first workout

Follow the day, check off each set. That first session seeds every "last time" number and PR.

4

Let it drive the weight

Beat the rep target and next session comes pre-loaded heavier. You just show up and push.

Why it sticks

The reward is tied to the rep.

Most habit apps hand out points for opening them. WorkoutsQuest doesn't. XP comes from working sets, personal records and finishing a programmed day — and your streak only advances on a day you actually trained. The game and the training are the same thing.

  • XP from working setsEvery logged set earns XP, with a bonus for a PR and for completing a full program day.
  • 🔥
Streaks that mean somethingYour streak counts consecutive days you finished a workout — not days you opened the app.
  • 🏆
Levels & PRs20 levels from Fitness Newbie to Immortal, and automatic PR detection on every lift.
  • 🎁
Daily spin & loot boxesA small bonus for keeping a streak alive — extra XP, never pay-to-win.
  • 🛡️
Streak Insurance (Pro)Miss a day? A short recovery workout saves the streak. Broken streaks are the #1 reason people quit.

Straight answers

Frequently asked questions

What's live today, and what isn't yet.

Is there a free version?

Yes — and it's the real product, not a demo: unlimited workout logging, the full exercise library, history, personal records, the Full Body Strength program, and the XP/streak system. No card, no time limit. Pro ($9.99/mo or $59.99/yr) adds the other programs, progressive-overload automation, and features as they ship.

How is this different from Hevy, Strong or Fitbod?

It logs sets, reps and weight and tracks PRs like they do. The difference: it handles progressive overload for you — hit the top of the rep range on every set and the next session is pre-loaded heavier — and it turns that logged work into XP, levels and streaks, so being consistent actually feels like it counts.

Will my data be sold to advertisers?

No. There are no ads and no data sold. Accounts and sync run on Supabase and Stripe; there's a local-first mode where your data never leaves your device, and you can export or delete everything with one click.

What if I break my streak?

Pro includes Streak Insurance — miss a day and a short recovery workout saves it. Otherwise the streak resets, but your XP, levels, history and PRs all stay. Progress, not perfection.

Can I train at home?

Yes. There's a dumbbell-only program that needs one pair of adjustable dumbbells and the floor — no rack or bench — plus bodyweight movements (push-ups, pull-ups, lunges, planks) throughout the library.

How do I cancel Pro?

Settings → Manage Billing → cancel. No phone call, no retention screen. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, then drop to the free tier — your history, PRs and XP are untouched.

Are squads and AI coaching available yet?

Not yet — they're the next things we're building (see Features → On the roadmap). They're part of Pro and land there as they ship, but we'd rather build them properly than put up a fake version now.

What devices does it work on?

Any modern browser on iOS, Android, or desktop. Install it to your home screen as a PWA for a full-screen, app-like experience — no app store needed. Wearable and Apple Health / Garmin import are on the roadmap.
