Welcome to WorkoutsQuest Pro. By accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Using WorkoutsQuest Pro

You must be at least 13 years old to use WorkoutsQuest Pro. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

2. Subscription Plans & Billing

Every account starts with a 7-day free trial of full access upon signup — no payment method required. When your trial ends, choose a plan to continue:

No card is charged during the trial. Payment is only collected if and when you choose a plan.

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription instantly from Settings → Subscription → Cancel. You'll retain paid access until the end of your current billing period. No phone calls, no retention screens.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to disrupt its operation, reverse-engineer paid features, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

WorkoutsQuest Pro provides general fitness, nutrition, and wellness information for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a pre-existing health condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury. Adaptive, pregnancy, and senior modes provide general accommodations, not medical guidance.

5. User Content

Any content you create in the app (journal entries, progress photos, squad messages) remains yours. By using social features, you agree not to share content that is abusive, unlawful, or infringes on others' rights.

6. Intellectual Property

The WorkoutsQuest Pro name, logo, and in-app content are the property of WorkoutsQuest Pro and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

7. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time via Settings → Privacy Dashboard → Delete My Data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

WorkoutsQuest Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
